Refund policy
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund shall be following the clauses as set forth:
1. REFUND REQUESTS
The Platform may provide a refund only in cases where the user is not satisfied with the product after using it for 1 year for irrigation purposes or 1 month for domestic purposes. The User shall be entitled to receive a full refund after the deduction of the taxes (if any) and 10% depreciation. The Refund process shall not be undertaken by the LLP or the Platform if the User does not have sufficient proof towards the same and the decision of the LLP shall be final and binding.
2. PROCESSING OF REFUND
Refunds are done within 10 - 15 business days and the amount shall be credited to the by the same mode of payment as it was received.
All Refund requests shall be made by the User by contacting to the User support available on the Platform, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the LLP. The LLP shall waive all other means of communication made. All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by LLP on following such guidelines.
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the services as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the LLP. In such an event, the LLP reserves the right to cancel your service and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services.
Parties shall be governed by the laws of India. For purposes of enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or if for any other reason, litigation is permissible under this agreement, each party hereby irrevocably agrees to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any services placed by them in future.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
This document sets forth the warranty policy of M/s NANNIR WATER SOURCE LLP, (‘LLP’) the seller of NANNIR WATER ENERGIZER (‘Product’)
The policy applies to the Product only as described in the Warranty Certificate extended to the Purchaser/User along with the correlated invoice or the Certificate on the website for the product being questioned.
The Warranty Terms and Conditions are ascribed as under:
This warranty policy shall only apply to products that have been sold to users who have registered themselves and paid for the services for the said product on the website www.nannir.in
The Warranty starts on the date the products are delivered and continues for a year from thereon. The purchaser receives this ‘standard warranty’ by default.
On special requests made by the user, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized product warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific conditions.
The User shall in no way rely upon any other information or documentation provided by third parties or vendors.
Within the warranty period, we will replace any defective product with an equal working model in the same condition or better.
The warranty policy in no way covers products that are malfunctioning because of defects other than manufacturing defects, which shall be inspected by the LLP.
The policy shall only be valid for the products sold in and across India.
The product needs to be purchased from us through our website
The Proof of purchase and registration under your name on the website shall be available for inspection by the LLP
The Product should have been properly installed, operated and used in line with the instructions of the manufacturer.
